The services and fees below include what is standard in every inspection, what I include additionally for free, and the fees for services beyond those two categories.

*Wood destroying organisms, lead based paint and asbestos is not included in the inspection.  However, I will mention if I notice indicators (such as piles of dust indicating possible termites)
