What Do I Do?
Residential inspections consisting of: Exterior, Roof, Garage or Carport, Interior, Attic, Basement or Crawlspace, Foundation, HVAC (Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning), Plumbing, and Electrical.
I also sample IAC (Indoor Air Quality), test for CO (Carbon Monoxide), Gas leaks, Moisture problems, and gaps in Insulation as part of every inspection.
I can test for Mold and presence of Methamphetamine with quantitative lab results.
I can test the Radon level in the house and explain what those levels mean.
We can discuss Lead Based Paint and Asbestos, if they are likely to be present, what the dangers are and what to do about them.
I can Assess the irrigation system.
What about the sewer line? Should you get that scoped? We can discuss the feasibility of this too.
Why hire an inspector?
As a certified inspector I am trained to look at the Safety and Functional condition of a structure. Not Cosmetic issues. I’m here to help you find hidden Safety issues that you may not see in a Walk-Thru. I’m also looking to make sure everything functions as intended, and if not, that you know about it before purchasing.
I am typically granted access to the Roof, Attic space, Basement / Crawlspace, and Major Systems of a house that the current owner may not want you to be in due to liability reasons. I’m insured for this!
